Warning After reading some of Mather’s writings and quotes, you should be prepared for an extreme Calvinistic position, i.e reprobation as equal to election, that is, God has “elected” (reprobated) some or most people condemning them to hell without any remedy. They do not individually choose or reject Christ as Savior, but God has forced them into hell.
